From the start, we work closely with our clients to make sure you receive exactly what you need.

We can undertake all types of transcription work, including, legal, property, medical, interviews, reports, secretarial, university and more. We are happy to type verbatim (including all pauses, hesitations, stutters and half-sentences) or we can edit and correct grammar to your specific requirements. We can use your templates or use our standard template for you to copy and paste as required.

Obviously, accuracy is vital, and therefore all work will be carefully proof read before being returned to you.

AUDIO TRANSCRIPTION

Expert Service

We are able to accept most types of audio file. Our charges are as follows:

£1.00 per digital minute.

£1.50 pdm - 24 hour turnaround, dependent on size.

Interviews will incur an extra 10p pdm charge for every two additional people over three initial people. There will be an extra charge of 30p pdm for poor quality recordings. This will be agreed before commencement of the work.

COPY TYPING SERVICE

Attention to Detail

You will be able send items for copy typing either online or by post.
Our charges are as follows:
£8.50 per 1,000 words (typed)
£12.00 per 1,000 words (handwritten)

FURTHER INFORMATION

Finishing

All documents will be typed into Word, proof read and returned either via email or using various upload websites, depending on your requirements.

We will, of course, amend any typos made by us free of charge. An invoice for completed work will be issued and become payable within 14 days.

We completely respect our clients' privacy and all documents are treated with the utmost confidentiality, encrypted and disposed of once the work has been accepted.
